the game was simple to understand, the mechanics were fun and unique, the puzzles were engaging, and the music/SFX was great too. just a great job all around. Good job on your game Tup & Mik!
Extremely well done game! This alone is a great tutorial, an often overlooked thing in game development is teaching players how to play something in a safe environment that feels fair and clear, nailed it. Music and especially the sfx are great. More color could make things more interesting, but also, coloring important things (like the photo objects) is a good contrast to teach players also, so maybe ignore this one, the shadow of the player is hugely important for the platforming, glad it's in there. Great job!
I enjoyed the fact that you found something other than βAnother wizard/potion gameβ to fit with the jam themes. The shadow is also particularly useful when jumping around, even if youβre not in the air that long. Interactibles are well signposted.
A hang can be replicated in the second room by taking a photo of a Large object, then trying to get a photo of the other one. Thereβs no grace period for jumping when falling off edges, but the jumps arenβt so serious that itβs especially needed. Sound sliders could also be useful, though the game is short anyway.
been trying to figure that hang issue π thanks for the info ! coyote time and volume sliders would be cool yeah π€ maybe when we develop the game further
Very nice game! I wish I have the talent to make this kind of game. If you are going to make the full version of it, there are a few things can be improved. First is the camera, since it is position on an angle, it does take me a few trials to grab the distance between object. If there is a more clear indication of distance relative to other different objects, it would be easier for the player to catch up at the beginning. Another thing is the collision of those transformable objects. Sometimes when I jump to the side of a white object, my character will stuck on the edge and can't move, after a while I will just glitch down back to the ground. I think it is due to some sort of changes on the object collider after you apply transformation on it, but I am not sure. But overall this is an excellent game, good job to the whole team.
ive experienced getting stuck on the edge a bunch during testing but i had to focus on other stuff π€we'll figure that out ! as for the camera i'll see how death's door does it more closely π it's the main inspiration for the look
Wow there is truly a lot of potential here! But i fell in the pit on the second puzzle and couldn't get out. Y'all should be proud of this though, i can tell it's good! keep making games!

Really great mechanics.
thanks ! π
good concept, gives the same vibes as superliminal, would love to see this project grow
thank you ! :D
Game sadly crashes for me over and over again, I like the music though.
sorry to hear that! is it around the time you see a rotating mechanism? :O
It's right when I interact with the first object and get a picture or something on the left side of the screen. Then it crashes my entire tab
got it :O thanks for the info ! we'll look into it
Happens to me too in (I assume) the same place when I'm picking up the scale photo.
Edit: I reloaded the page and tried again, no issue the second time for me.
